About Me

JJ Tang is an oil painter who was born and raised in Guangzhou, southern China. He came to the United States to study at the age of 15 and completed his high school and college studies in the United States. He studied undergraduate at the Academy of Art University and will start graduate studies in 2025. His works are mainly oil paintings of animals and people. For figure paintings, he prefers to express the meaning behind them by showing realistic stories.
